| | Hello there. A quiet weekend in HighLevel land, with one exception: Ask AI just moved onto your phone's home screen. The community spent Sunday arguing about pipelines full of deals nobody wants to close, and one agency owner asked the big question of how you actually sell the business. Coffee first, then let's go. In today’s newsletter, we’ll get into: - A new Ask AI widget for iOS and Android puts a chat bar, a Voice button and a Camera button on your home screen, in app version 4.27.0 and later.
- Long-pressing the app icon now offers New Ask AI Chat, which always opens a blank chat instead of your last conversation.
- Agency owners are asking when an open deal should be marked lost, and how to exit an agency when every client account lives inside it.

| | 📱 Ask AI gets a home screen widget. The new widget puts a chat bar, a Voice button and a Camera button on your phone's home screen. The chat bar opens a fresh chat with the keyboard ready, Voice starts hands-free mode, and Camera attaches a photo of a receipt, document or job site and waits for your question. It needs app version 4.27.0 or later, and the widget setup steps cover iOS 16.6+ and Android. ⚡ New Ask AI Chat is now a phone shortcut. Long-press the app icon, tap the Quick Actions card or search for it, and you land in a blank Ask AI chat every time, never back in an old thread. If Ask AI is already open, the shortcut switches to a new chat instead of stacking another screen. It shows only for users and accounts that have Ask AI, white label apps included, per the shortcut release notes. | |

| | 🪦 When does an open deal become dead weight? Every pipeline has that quote from months ago nobody will mark as lost, the lead who went silent and the deal stuck in one stage forever. HighLevel can surface opportunities that have not moved, but deciding when to close them is a judgment call. The poster would rather run fewer open deals and know which are worth chasing, and the thread on stale deals asks where you draw the line. 🧾 What should a full coaching build cost? An executive assistant is scoping a HighLevel system for a coaching client with two journeys: Facebook and Instagram ad leads booking a free consultation, and paying customers moving into onboarding. The wish list covers pipelines, booking reminders, no-show follow-ups, email and SMS templates, testing and documentation. If you quote builds like this, share your fixed price and timeline with them. | |

| | 🛠️ A brand-new agency asks where to start. Someone launching an advertising agency is using a friend's business as the first test client and wants to know which HighLevel features to lean on. The first job is an automation that alerts the owner whenever a new lead comes in. If you remember your own first build, send a beginner your setup tips on what to automate first. | |

| | 🚪 How do you sell a GHL agency? An owner running an agency since 2024, mostly websites, hosting and reputation management, wants to exit without disrupting clients. The catch is that every client account and site lives inside their agency. They ask whether people transferred sub-accounts to another agency or sold the client base, and how to find a buyer. The agency exit thread is looking for anyone who has done it. 🔁 What happens to deals when a salesperson leaves? Reassigning open opportunities is easy. The harder part is the customer promised a callback or the one waiting on a revised quote that nobody else knows about. The question is how teams keep those conversations from getting lost when someone quits with little notice. If you have a handover routine, explain your handover process in the thread. | |
