| | Hello there. HighLevel had a busy Monday. Field Services opened as a private beta for anyone who works at the customer's door, Communities picked up three ways to earn and measure, and Quizzes finally got conditional logic. Grab a coffee, this one is packed. In today’s newsletter, we’ll get into: - Field Services is in private beta: requests, estimates, jobs, scheduling, dispatch, route optimization and invoicing in one module for HVAC, plumbing, cleaning and similar trades.
- Communities now support several pricing plans in one community, paid private channels and a new analytics dashboard for revenue, members and engagement.
- Quizzes can redirect respondents to different URLs based on their answers, overall score or category scores instead of one results page.

| | 🛠️ Field Services opens as a private beta. HighLevel built a new industry module for businesses that work at the customer's location, like HVAC, plumbing, cleaning and landscaping. It runs a job from request and estimate through scheduling, dispatch, route optimization, invoicing and payment, with service areas, travel fees, crew timesheets and a mobile app for the field. Beta accounts see it in the left menu, and the Field Services beta overview lists every piece. 👤 Ask AI now opens from any contact on mobile. Tap the new Ask AI icon on a contact and you get a summary card built from your real data: last message, next appointment, biggest open deal with days since it moved, and open tasks. Buttons let you prep for the next appointment, summarize the contact or dictate a note, and nothing is saved until you approve it. The Contacts AI release notes say it needs app version 4.27.0 or later. 🔌 Ask AI connectors move to your phone. You can now connect other apps to Ask AI from the mobile app, pick exactly which tools it may call, reconnect an expired login and even add a custom MCP server by name and URL. Connectors are set up per sub-account, the accounts you connect stay private to you, and anything connected on web shows up on mobile. The mobile connectors guide walks through the setup. 🎙️ One press on iPhone starts Ask AI. Ask AI now offers three iOS shortcuts, New Chat, Dictation and Voice Mode, that you can put on the iPhone Action button or start with Siri and Spotlight. Each press opens a fresh chat, and the voice options turn the mic on straight away. The Action button needs an iPhone 15 Pro or later, while Siri and Spotlight work on iOS 16.6 and up, per the Action button release notes. | |

| | 💳 Communities get multiple pricing plans. Instead of one free or paid price, admins can now sell plans like Basic, Pro and VIP inside a single community. Each plan gets its own price, billing frequency, optional free trial and bundled access to private channels, paid events and courses, and members can switch plans themselves. Set it up under Settings and Subscriptions, as the pricing plans announcement explains. 🔒 Private channels can now charge for entry. Private channels no longer have to be hidden and free. Admins can make them visible with a lock icon so members see what they are missing, then charge a recurring or one-time fee to join, with a test mode to check the payment flow first. Members pay themselves on web or mobile, so nobody has to be added by hand. The paid channels setup covers each step. 📊 A real analytics dashboard for Communities. Community owners now get earnings, total and inactive members, pending invites, traffic sources, a peak activity heatmap and an engagement trend in one view, each compared with the previous period. Inactive members can be exported as a CSV for a win-back campaign. You will find it under Settings and Analytics, and the community analytics release explains every card. | |

| | 🧭 Quizzes finally get conditional logic. Quizzes can now send respondents to different URLs instead of one results page. Besides the usual answer-based conditions from Forms and Surveys, there are four new score fields: highest category, lowest category, overall score and category score. That means a strong scorer can land on an advanced offer while others get a starter page, as the quiz conditional logic update shows. 🧯 What breaks after a build goes live? A community member collected the post-launch failures that keep coming up. When leads stop arriving, people check in order whether the contact was created, whether the workflow fired, and whether it fired but did nothing. One culprit was a renamed form field on a client site that silently broke the mapping. The post-launch breakage thread asks for the strangest failures you have seen. | |

| | 📵 An 80% SMS opt-out rate on real estate texts. A new user running real estate acquisitions in HighLevel says everything works except texting. Their skip traced list sees around 80% opt-outs, and they get restricted before finishing a batch of 1,000 messages. They want to know how others keep campaigns running, or whether HighLevel is the wrong tool for mass texting. If you have been there, share your SMS approach with them. | |
