THE DAILY LEVEL - The daily GoHighLevel brief for agencies

Hello there. One sub-account can now hold several Facebook accounts and all their Pages, which is a relief for anyone juggling client brands. HighLevel also showed off three LevelUp beta features and a full-stack upgrade for AI Studio. Grab a coffee and let's go.

In today’s newsletter, we’ll get into:

  • A Labs toggle lets you connect multiple Facebook accounts, each with multiple Pages, to one sub-account for messaging, lead sync and automations.
  • Meeting Rooms, Loyalty & Rewards and Business Coaching are in private beta, with an interest form for agencies that want in.
  • AI Studio projects now support server-side rendering, server functions, REST endpoints, secrets and custom domains.

NEW FEATURES

📘 One sub-account, many Facebook accounts. You can now connect several Facebook accounts to the same sub-account, each with multiple Pages, without disconnecting anything. Messages, lead sync and supported automations work across all connected Pages. Turn it on in Labs, then add accounts under Settings and Integrations. Shops and ad accounts still support only one Facebook account, so check the Facebook integration changelog before you rely on it.

🧱 AI Studio now builds full-stack web apps. New AI Studio projects come with server-side rendering for fast loads and SEO, server functions that keep private CRM API keys off the client, REST API endpoints for incoming webhooks and a secrets store. You can publish the app to a custom domain once DNS is set. The AI Studio full-stack tutorial builds a client project portal as the example.

🖼️ Brand every post with Social Planner watermarks. Social Planner can stamp a logo on your images, with settings for transparency, scale and position. You can save several watermarks and assign a different one to each connected social account in a sub-account, for example a different position on LinkedIn than on Instagram. Watermarks work on photos only, as the Social Planner watermark walkthrough shows.

MONEY & FOLLOW-UP

📬 Waking up 50,000 old leads without hitting spam. One user is reactivating more than 50,000 past event contacts from 2011 to 2020 with a Drip action on a new subdomain. They hit the 1,000 emails per day limit on day one, and a test to Gmail landed in spam even though SPF, DKIM and DMARC pass. One reply suggests a bounce-classifying verifier and a ramp from 100 emails upward, as the old list drip campaign thread shows.

🏠 A long quiz funnel that cut seller lead cost. A real estate marketer says a HighLevel quiz funnel that takes up to 20 minutes to complete dropped their seller lead cost from $87 to $18. They report more than 160 seller leads in two months and lead quality up at least 3x. The seller quiz funnel breakdown explains how the funnel works, a useful counterpoint to short forms.

BUILD & AUTOMATE

🎥 Meeting Rooms puts video calls inside HighLevel. Meeting Rooms hosts video calls inside HighLevel, with permanent reusable links for huddles or unique links for calendar bookings. Calls can be recorded, and speaker-labeled transcripts land on the contact timeline with AI summaries and action items. It is in private beta, and the Meeting Rooms overview video links to the interest form and the help article.

🎁 Loyalty & Rewards for repeat local customers. Loyalty & Rewards lets clients run points programs online and in store, with points for purchases, referrals, account creation and birthdays. Customers carry QR code wallet passes, staff scan them with a built-in app, and balances show up in the CRM next to conversations. It is in private beta, and the Loyalty & Rewards walkthrough links to the HighLevel help article on setting it up.

🎓 Business Coaching as a SaaS mode package. HighLevel's Business Coaching beta bundles discovery call booking, program sales, recorded sessions with transcripts and AI summaries, branded member portals with courses and communities, and progress tracking on web and mobile. The pitch is that agencies package all of it under SaaS mode for recurring revenue. The Business Coaching video links to the private beta interest form.

🗺️ Workflows Map shows where every workflow lives. HighLevel is promoting Workflows Map, one of its LevelUp drops, which shows where every workflow in an account lives so you can delete old ones with confidence and clean up faster. The same post points to project management built into the platform. The Workflows Map clip on X is a short look if your account has years of automation clutter.

📞 Five weeks of Voice AI numbers. One operator shared their Voice AI dashboard from Oct 1 to Nov 4: 3,576 inbound calls, of which 1,943 triggered an action, about 54%. Caller sentiment was 82% positive. If you are pitching Voice AI to clients and need a real-world reference point, the Voice AI results thread has their full breakdown.

OPEN QUESTIONS

🧩 What do you do when a client needs more than GHL? An agency owner keeps getting requests HighLevel cannot handle natively, such as custom WhatsApp AI agents with complex logic. They want to know how other owners handle it: build outside the platform, partner with developers or say no. If you have a model that works, join the custom automation thread.

👀 How do you show automations a visitor cannot see? A builder notes that most of the value on agency and SaaS sites built on HighLevel runs in the background, so a phrase like automated lead follow-up is hard to picture. The pages that worked best for them showed the automation happening, such as a missed call turning into a follow-up. The showing automations thread asks how others do it.

🤖 Would you let AI build your workflows? A short poll asks who is already using AI through MCP to check workflows and create forms, contacts, pipelines and tags, and who would rather stick to plug and play. Add your vote in the MCP and AI thread.
