| | Hello there. A quieter Sunday, but a useful one for anyone who builds sub-accounts at scale: the newer custom field types now copy across in snapshots and work through the public API. The weekly Release Radar blog also fills in a few smaller launches worth knowing before Monday, from revenue drill-downs to audit logs for Conversation AI. In today’s newsletter, we’ll get into: - URL, Date and Time, Rich text and Users custom fields, plus image options in radio and checkbox fields, now carry over in snapshots and work through the public API.
- The Lead Source Report now shows money values for open, won, lost and abandoned deals, and every count opens the opportunities behind it.
- Conversation AI now keeps audit logs of when an agent was paused, turned on or handed off, and what triggered it.

| | 🧩 The newer custom field types now travel in snapshots. HighLevel added snapshot and public API support for the new custom field types: URL, Date and Time, Rich text and Users fields, plus image support in radio and checkbox fields. You can now include them in snapshots instead of rebuilding them in every sub-account, and manage their data through the public API. It is live for all accounts, with no extra switch if you already enabled the fields in Labs. 🕵️ Conversation AI now shows why an agent paused. The latest Release Radar blog adds audit logs for Conversation AI. Under Settings, then Audit Logs, filter by Conversation AI Activity to see when an agent was turned on, paused or handed off, and whether a workflow, a booking, a person or the system caused it. The same blog notes internal comments in the mobile composer, shown in amber, with @ tags for teammates. | |

| | 💰 See the revenue behind each lead source. HighLevel says the updated Lead Source Report now shows money values under Open, Won, Lost and Abandoned, and clicking any count above zero opens the exact opportunities behind it. A new Source filter with Is empty and Is not empty helps you find leads with no source, which now show as N/A. That makes it easier to tell which campaigns actually bring in paying clients. 🎧 A SaaS agency for coaches built without paid ads. In a new hour-long case study, Rebecca Sunnen Kallaus explains how Business Done Better grew into a SaaS agency serving online coaches on HighLevel, without paid advertising. She found HighLevel in February 2020 during a client project but did not sell her first SaaS account until late 2022. One referred client then changed the direction of the business, which makes it a good listen on referrals. | |

| | 🏡 A premium real estate site built in the page builder. A member shared a real estate landing page built entirely inside HighLevel, the latest in a series of templates they have been making. The goal was to push the page builder further and get something that feels like a premium real estate website rather than a basic funnel page. Worth a look if you want ideas for client sites without leaving the platform. | |

| | 🧠 Which workflows save a coaching business the most time? A member four months into HighLevel, who learned the platform alone after two bad hires, is asking which workflows coaches rely on to save time and effort. They have already built some of their own and want to compare notes. If you run coaching accounts, it is a good thread to share the follow-up and booking automations that actually stuck. | |
