THE DAILY LEVEL - The daily GoHighLevel brief for agencies

Hello there. Number pool calls can now ring several teammates at once, agencies get a tutorial on charging a flat rate for Conversation AI and Voice AI, and a fresh batch of templates landed on Saturday. A good Sunday read before the week starts.

In today’s newsletter, we’ll get into:

  • Number pool calls can now ring up to six team members at once, each on the device they prefer.
  • A HighLevel tutorial shows how to re-bill Conversation AI and Voice AI at fixed rates instead of percentage markups.
  • Saturday's template drop adds new ad, social, website, email and survey templates plus a new snapshot.

NEW FEATURES

📞 Number pool calls can now ring your whole team. HighLevel now lets you send number pool calls to several team members at once. Open a number pool's settings, turn on Ring Incoming Call to selected Users and pick up to six people. Everyone's devices ring at the same time on the channel they chose: web, mobile, desk phone or their own number. Each user's preferred device lives under Settings, My Staff, Call & voicemail.

🧾 Charge a flat rate for Conversation AI and Voice AI. A new HighLevel tutorial shows agency owners how to set fixed-rate re-billing for Conversation AI and Voice AI instead of a percentage markup on usage. In agency settings under AI Suite you set flat per-message or per-call charges for every sub-account, then override them or switch back to a percentage markup on individual sub-accounts. Handy if clients prefer a predictable price per call.

📱 The mobile message composer got a tidier layout. HighLevel says the mobile message composer just got a cleaner setup. Tap the comment icon to leave a private note for your team, tap Send to send right away, or press and hold Send to schedule the message. It works across SMS, email and WhatsApp templates, and a short walkthrough shows you around the first time you open it.

🗂️ A fresh batch of templates and one new snapshot. Saturday's template drop adds six LinkedIn ad templates, five Google ad and five Facebook ad templates, new social templates for medical, legal and home services, plus one website, one email and one survey template. Niches range from barber shops and RV rentals to payroll providers. There is also a new snapshot for commercial property inspectors.

MONEY & FOLLOW-UP

🎯 Call tracking now names the ad platform behind each call. Number pool tracking now labels ad calls by platform. Calls from Facebook ads show as Facebook Paid instead of Facebook or Direct, and TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft and in-app Google ad calls get their own labels too. Links tagged utm_medium=cpc show the platform plus Paid, and ChatGPT referrals appear as their own source. Nothing to set up, and it applies to new calls only.

BUILD & AUTOMATE

🤖 A LevelUp exhibitor on automating with HighLevel and AI. HighLevel shared a short LevelUp exhibitor interview in which Matt Deseno of Helped talks about automating a business with HighLevel and AI. Worth a look if you are weighing which parts of your client delivery to hand to automations next.

OPEN QUESTIONS

📬 Why do even plain reminders land in Gmail spam? Someone handling email deliverability for a client for the first time says almost every email is landing in Gmail spam, even simple appointment reminders with no links or images, and is asking the community what causes it. If you have fixed this before, your answer could save them a lot of trial and error.

COMING UP

🗓️ Two growth events this week. HighLevel's events page lists the Business Growth Summit from Oct 19 to 21, with tickets sold through Eventbrite for Sydney, and Elevation NOW: Mission Possible 2026 on Oct 23 and 24. If either is on your list, this is the week to book.
