| | Hello there. HighLevel kept this week's release list short ahead of LevelUp, but the headline change is a big one: Conversation AI agents no longer have to run on OpenAI. Also today: live chat inside AI Studio apps, QR codes that follow your pages, richer custom fields on mobile and two reminders that the money is often in the follow-up. In today’s newsletter, we’ll get into: - Conversation AI agents can now run on Anthropic Claude or Google Gemini models, picked per agent, with a backup model if the main one goes down.
- Ask AI Studio to add a live chat and it builds a real HighLevel chat widget into your app, with messages landing in Conversations.
- The website builder now makes dynamic QR codes for any page that keep working even if the slug or domain changes later.

| | 🤖 Conversation AI is no longer OpenAI only. You can now power each Conversation AI agent with an Anthropic Claude or Google Gemini model, chosen from a dropdown in the agent builder, and set a second model that takes over if the first provider is slow or down. It sits in Labs for now, so switch on Claude and Gemini support before you test. HighLevel says the engine also handles multi-part requests in one reply and reads relative dates more accurately. 🔳 Every website page can now have its own QR code. A new QR icon next to the page URL in the website builder creates a dynamic code tied to the page itself, so printed menus, signs and business cards keep working if you later change the slug or domain. You can restyle it with your brand colors and download it as PNG, SVG or PDF, or create one from Sites and QR Codes using the new Website type. 📱 The mobile app handles five more custom field types. URL, Date and Time, Time, User and Rich Text fields now work on contacts and opportunities in the mobile app. The rules you set on the web, such as blocked domains, time ranges or working-day dates, are enforced on the phone too, so field staff can no longer save a broken link or a weekend date. The full list sits in this week's Release Radar. | |

| | 💬 AI Studio apps can now get a native live chat. Tell AI Studio to add a live chat and it builds a real HighLevel chat widget into the app, matched to the site's colors, fonts and layout. Each message lands in Conversations, just like the standard chat widget, so your team answers from the inbox it already uses. HighLevel announced the live chat option on Friday. | |

| | 💰 An agency owner says $101K in 30 days came from selling, not software. A member who earlier shared a $7,802 day now reports $101K in gross volume over the past 30 days, and argues HighLevel played only a small part. His point: most people in the sub can build a workflow and generate leads, and the gap he sees on calls with other agency owners is elsewhere. Read his breakdown and the replies before you add another automation. 🧽 Paying $40 a lead with 1,200 past customers on file. One member describes a carpet cleaner paying about $40 per lead on Angi while doing almost nothing with roughly 1,200 people who had already used his service. It is a useful reminder for local service clients: the case for working past customers before buying more leads is often the easiest win you can pitch. | |

| | 📞 Missed call text back or a full AI receptionist? A member is dropping missed call text back for the full AI receptionist package, partly because A2P registration kept getting in the way of the text-back setup. Nothing is built yet, so the thread is a good place to compare notes on the switch if you are weighing the same move for your clients. | |

| | 🎟️ LevelUp 2026 is sold out. HighLevel says LevelUp 2026 has no seats left and the LevelUp 2027 waitlist is already open. The team kept this week's release list light because it is saving its bigger announcements for the event next week, so expect a busy few days of product news. 📅 Two industry events on HighLevel's calendar. Win The Storm 2026 is listed for Oct 28 and the Canadian Appliance Service Conference for Oct 30. Check the HighLevel events page for details. | |
