THE DAILY LEVEL - The daily GoHighLevel brief for agencies

Hello there. LevelUp week starts with a big Monday release list, and most of it lands in Conversations, social and reviews. Comments on your posts now show up in the team inbox, a social listening beta arrives, and Reviews AI gets brand voice controls plus agency-wide switches. Also today: two members ask whether Voice AI pays off and how to spot broken client accounts.

In today’s newsletter, we’ll get into:

  • Comments on posts published through Social Planner now land in the Conversations inbox, each commenter becomes a contact, and you can reply publicly or by DM.
  • Social Intelligence opens as a limited beta for tracking brand mentions, industry trends and up to 3 competitors, with daily or weekly alerts.
  • Reviews AI gets brand voice settings, guardrails and a hold for sensitive reviews, and agencies can now switch it for many sub-accounts at once.

NEW FEATURES

💬 Social comments now land in your Conversations inbox. Comments on posts published through Social Planner now appear in the Team Inbox next to SMS, email and DMs, with the original post shown for context. Every new commenter is created as a contact, repeat commenters are matched to the existing one, and you can reply publicly or move to a private DM. The Social Comments in Conversations notes also cover flagging buying-intent words such as price or how much.

🔎 Social Intelligence opens as a limited beta. The new Social Intelligence area tracks brand mentions, industry trends and your share of conversation against up to 3 competitors, with an AI summary on top. You can save searches as topics, look back 7, 15 or 30 days and get daily or weekly email alerts on mentions, sentiment and engagement. It is open to selected users only, and the Social Intelligence beta notes say the old Social Listening view now sits under Trends.

🔗 Clients can connect their own social accounts with an invite link. Social Connect Invite lets you send a client a password-protected link so they connect their social accounts on an external page, with no sub-account access and no shared logins. The accounts are added to the right sub-account once connected, and you can extend, regenerate or revoke invites under Settings, Manage Links. Turn it on in Labs first, as the Social Connect Invite release notes explain.

⭐ Reviews AI gets brand voice controls and guardrails. Reviews AI agents can now be set to reply in a "we" or "I" style, with tone, length and sign-off preferences. New guardrails avoid repeated openings and risky wording such as refund promises, guarantees or medical and financial advice, and sensitive reviews can be held for a human before posting. A live preview shows replies to positive, neutral and negative reviews, per the Reviews AI update.

🏢 Agencies can switch Reviews AI for many sub-accounts at once. Under Agency, AI Suite, AI Setup you can now set Reviews AI to Off, Suggestive or Auto responses for one or several sub-accounts in a single step, and the agency and sub-account settings stay in sync. Disabling it under Features and Limits hides the AI reply options and blocks every AI review reply for that account. The bulk Reviews AI notes list the exact steps.

📊 Location Dashboards get 16 reputation widgets. The Dashboard widget library now has 16 Reputation widgets covering review requests, reviews and responses, from requests by channel to average rating, response rate and AI versus manual replies. You can filter by date range, rating, source and response status, then place them next to your other metrics. Useful for showing clients proof of work, as the reputation widgets release points out.

🧭 Search your inbox by keyword and filter by pipeline stage. Conversations now has keyword search across the whole inbox and inside a single thread, with highlighted matches and filters for channel, date range and owner, as the keyword search release notes show. A second update adds six inbox filters: Channel Account, Last Call Status, Contact Type and Opportunity Pipeline, Stage and Status, which combine with your existing filters using AND/OR.

MONEY & FOLLOW-UP

🎙️ Does Voice AI catch real revenue for anyone? A member wants to hear from agency and business owners who run HighLevel's Voice AI and Conversation AI with real leads. His questions are simple: is it reliable in production, and does it recover revenue that would otherwise have slipped away? If you have numbers or war stories, share your Voice AI experience in the thread.

📞 Two months of selling missed call text back at $300 a month. One member has pitched a $300 per month HighLevel SaaS offer built around missed call text back and free websites for two months. He gets interest now and then, but says no-shows and ghosting are extreme despite a steady stream of cold calls. If you have fixed a similar pipeline, give him your advice.

OPEN QUESTIONS

🩺 How do you find out a client account broke? A member asks agencies with many sub-accounts how they learn that something failed, such as Facebook lead ads disconnecting. With only three accounts he already stopped checking them because outreach took all his time. If you have a monitoring routine, explain how you check sub-accounts.
