| | Hello there. LevelUp Day happened, and HighLevel shipped like it had a quota to hit. The official roundup runs to a 101-minute read, the changelog filled up with Workflow Maps tools and new Google Sheets and Slack triggers, and a new Founder Plan promises agencies uncapped rebilling markup. Here is what deserves your coffee first. In today’s newsletter, we’ll get into: - HighLevel's LevelUp Day roundup lists dozens of launches, including workflow A/B tests with up to 10 paths, TikTok lead gen campaigns and outbound Conversation AI agents.
- Workflow Maps now flags failed workflow runs in one place, traces a contact's journey across workflows and adds an AI assistant.
- The new Founder Plan is for agencies selling under their own brand: your logo, your domain and no cap on rebilling or reselling markup.

| | 🚀 The LevelUp Day launch list is out. HighLevel published one long post covering every feature launched at LevelUp Day 2026. Highlights include A/B tests inside workflows with up to 10 paths and an automatic winner, TikTok lead generation campaigns in Ad Manager, built-in Meeting Rooms with transcripts and a pre-send spam check for email campaigns. Bookmark the full LevelUp Day roundup, since HighLevel says it will keep adding help links. 🗺️ Workflow Maps now shows which workflows failed. Workflow Maps now flags workflows with recent execution errors and lets you open the failed run and the exact step. You can also search a contact and follow their journey across workflows for the last 60 days, view linked workflows together, and ask a built-in AI assistant to explain or edit automations. At launch it is for agency users and admins, so open the Workflow Maps error view first. 📊 Google Sheets can now start your workflows. Four new Google Sheets triggers start a workflow when a spreadsheet or worksheet is created, a row is added, or an existing row is updated. The updated row trigger does not fire for newly added rows, so pick the right one. If clients still log leads or jobs in a sheet, wire up the new Sheets triggers and stop checking for new entries by hand. 💬 Five Slack triggers for workflows. Workflows can now start from Slack activity: a direct message to your Slack app, a user joining a channel, an @-mention of your app, a new channel message or an emoji reaction. That makes it easy to route team requests into a triage flow or post onboarding steps when someone joins. The Slack trigger changelog lists the setup steps and use cases. ✅ Verify email addresses while you import contacts. Contact Import now has an email verification checkbox on its final step, so invalid addresses are caught before your first campaign rather than after the bounces. Progress shows under Bulk Actions, and an Email Verification Status filter lets you split valid and invalid contacts into Smart Lists. Turn on verification at import for your next client list upload. | |

| | 👑 A Founder Plan for agencies that sell their own brand. HighLevel introduced a new Founder Plan for agencies that sell the platform under their own name. In its words: your logo, your domain and your pricing, with no cap on rebilling or reselling markup, plus coaching and a founder community. If you resell HighLevel today, HighLevel's Founder Plan post is the place to start before you compare it with your current plan. 📞 Conversation AI can now start the conversation. Among the LevelUp launches, Conversation AI agents can now reach out first when a CRM trigger fires, such as a form submission, a missed call or a deal stage change, then follow up on a schedule. AI Campaigns use the same agents to reactivate old leads or stalled deals in bulk. Both sit behind a Labs toggle, as the LevelUp Day feature list explains. | |

| | 🛡️ One A2P dashboard for every sub-account. The new Agency Trust Center lets agency owners and admins watch A2P 10DLC registration health across all sub-accounts, see common rejection reasons, and fix and resubmit rejected brands and campaigns without logging into each one. You can also start new brand registrations from the agency view. It lives under Phone Integration, per the LevelUp Day release notes. 📦 A Snapshot masterclass, plus smarter snapshots. HighLevel posted a Snapshot Masterclass on building smarter with snapshots. It lands as LevelUp Day adds automatic dependency handling, so a snapshot now bundles the email templates its workflows need instead of loading broken automations into a new sub-account. If you sell snapshots, watch the Snapshot Masterclass and refresh your templates. ↔️ Resize the panels in Conversations. You can now drag the dividers between the conversation list, the message thread and the contact details panel to make any of them wider or narrower. Your sizes are saved for next time, with minimum and maximum widths so nothing becomes unreadable. Reps who live in long email threads should try the resizable panels this morning. | |
