| | Hello there. The LevelUp afterglow keeps shipping. HighLevel now lets Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor read, debug and build your workflows, opened a Workflows API for developers, and put an AI app builder in Labs that spits out a branded Android app. Grab a coffee, this one is mostly about letting robots do your setup. In today’s newsletter, we’ll get into: - Workflows are now in the LeadConnector MCP server (private beta), so Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor can find failed steps, count enrollments and draft new workflows for you.
- A new Workflows API (private beta) creates, publishes and monitors workflows from your own code, handy for rolling one workflow out to many sub-accounts.
- Client App Builder in Labs turns a plain description into a branded Android app connected to your Client Portal, with Vibe Coding and Custom Objects for portals.

| | 🤖 Your AI assistant can now work on your workflows. Workflows are now part of the LeadConnector MCP server in private beta. Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor can search workflows, read their steps, explain which steps failed and for whom, count enrollments, and draft or publish workflows. New workflows are saved as drafts for review. Only sub-accounts enabled for the Workflows API can use it, so read the MCP workflows notes and ask support to join. 🔌 A Workflows API for agencies that build with code. The new Workflows API, also in private beta, creates, reads, validates, publishes and deletes workflows, and returns execution logs and per-step statistics. HighLevel's own example: copy a workflow from a template sub-account into every client account and publish it. Updates replace the whole workflow, so read it first. The Workflows API changelog lists the scopes you need in Private Integrations. 📱 Describe an app and get a branded Android app. Client App Builder, now in Labs, generates a branded mobile app from a plain description, using your logo, colors and brand board. It pulls in your Client Portal courses, communities, files, appointments and member logins, and publishes an installable Android APK straight from the builder. iOS publishing is listed as coming next. Enable Client App Builder in Labs to try it. ⚡ Vibe Coding builds custom Client Portals. The same builder can now design a whole Client Portal from prompts instead of fixed layouts. You describe the experience, AI generates working pages, and you refine them by clicking elements in the preview and asking for changes. Portals stay connected to existing members, courses and communities, and can run on up to 10 custom domains. See the Vibe Coding announcement for setup. 🧩 Portals can now write records into your CRM. Custom Objects in Client App Builder let members submit things like service requests, applications or inquiries that land as Custom Object records in the sub-account. AI proposes the objects, fields and permissions, and you review them before anything is created. You can also attach invoice payments to records. Note the limit of 10 custom objects per sub-account in the Custom Objects release notes. 💬 RCS messaging lands in Labs. Agencies can now switch on RCS in Labs and register an RCS sender for chosen sub-accounts without leaving HighLevel: brand identity, countries, sender details and US verification where needed. Once approved, you get branded messages, rich cards, buttons and suggested replies in Conversations, bulk messages and workflows. Carrier approval and device support still apply, per the RCS Labs announcement. | |

| | 💰 Rentals can now add mandatory fees to every booking. Rentals now supports additional fees such as cleaning, resort, service or damage waiver fees, applied automatically to every booking for a listing. Build them once in a global catalog as a flat amount or a percentage, override the price per listing, and tax them separately. Guests see the fees in the booking widget and on invoices. Set them up via the Rentals additional fees guide. 🎯 Turn Smart Lists into Meta ad audiences. HighLevel's Ad Manager can turn an existing Smart List into a Meta Custom Audience, and from there a Lookalike Audience, without exporting a CSV. With dynamic updates on, changes to the Smart List flow through to Meta. You need Ad Manager active and a Meta ad account connected, then follow the Smart List audiences walkthrough under Ad Manager settings. 📈 See which ad campaign actually closed the sale. A HighLevel explainer walks through Attribution Reports under Reporting, which show closed revenue, won opportunities and total leads by source and campaign. You can switch between first-touch and last-touch attribution to see which campaign started the journey and which one finished it. If clients judge ads by clicks alone, show them the attribution report instead. 🔎 "Leads stopped coming through." Where do you look first? A Reddit user got this complaint twice in a few weeks with two different causes. Once a form field on the client's website was renamed and the mapping broke silently. The other time the workflow was fine and the client was looking at the wrong pipeline. The thread compares troubleshooting orders that agencies use before digging into workflows. 📺 Webinar funnels leak before the live. Someone who fixes webinar funnels in HighLevel for coaches says the same leak keeps showing up. Everyone polishes the registration page and the ad, then registrants get one confirmation email and nothing else in the 48 hours before the event. If you build webinar funnels, read the webinar show-up thread and check what your reminders send during those two days. | |

| | 📥 Let an AI agent sort your support inbox. A new HighLevel guide shows how to pair the Inbound Email trigger with the AI Agent workflow action to tag each email as a support ticket, customer, prospect, spam or high priority. The agent can also create tasks, assign contacts or open opportunities. Save a Smart List per tag and your team works from sorted lists. Copy the email routing setup step by step. 🗺️ Workflow Maps gets a built-in tour. Workflow Maps now opens with guided onboarding and a Resources hub. First-time visitors pick a 2D or 3D view, then get walkthroughs for reviewing errors, tracing contacts, inspecting folders and checking where an asset is used. A cheatsheet and FAQ sit under Help. Useful if you are bringing a teammate up to speed, so open the Workflow Maps guide. 🎨 Creator Studio designs graphics from a prompt. Fresh from LevelUp 2026, HighLevel showed off Creator Studio, its own AI content studio. You describe the graphic you need or start from a ready-made template, and AI designs it, then you refine the result with more prompts. Aimed squarely at agencies whose clients keep asking for one more graphic, per HighLevel's Creator Studio post. | |

| | 🙋 How do you trigger demo attended or missed automatically? One user marks demo attendance with a form the host fills in after each call, which then starts the right follow-up workflow. The problem: hosts sometimes forget, so no-shows and attendees get no follow-up at all. If you have solved attendance tracking without a manual form, share your setup in the thread. | |
