| | Hello there. Wednesday is a quiet-but-useful one: HighLevel now shows live A2P registration status for every number, and recurring appointments finally get sensible notifications. Meta campaigns in Ad Manager pick up new budget controls, and both days of the AI receptionist workshop are now up as replays. In today’s newsletter, we’ll get into: - Every phone number tied to an A2P campaign now shows a live Pending, Registered or Failed status, so you know when it is safe to text and can dodge 30034 errors.
- Recurring appointments now send one confirmation per series, custom recurrences get full notification coverage, and Ad Manager adds Campaign and Ad set budgets for Meta.
- HighLevel posted both days of its workshop on building and pricing a Voice AI receptionist service, and a Reddit thread asks whether a website alone ever brings a local business traffic.

| | 📶 A2P registration status is now live for every number. HighLevel now shows real-time A2P registration status for each phone number linked to a campaign: Pending, Registered or Failed. Fully registered numbers carry an A2P Verified tag on the phone numbers page, and existing numbers were updated automatically. Until now you only saw that a number was submitted, so texts sent too early failed with error 30034 and often ended in a support ticket. 🔁 Recurring appointments stop spamming confirmations. A calendar update cleans up notifications for recurring appointments. Default series now send one confirmation per booking instead of one per occurrence, while reminders and follow-ups still fire for each session. Custom recurrences created in-app, which sent nothing before, now get confirmations, reminders, reschedule and cancellation notices, and can show the repeat pattern if your template uses the appointment date and time custom value. Workflows are not affected. 💸 Ad Manager gets new Meta budget controls. HighLevel says you now have more control over Meta campaign budgets inside Ad Manager. Pick a Campaign budget and let Meta spread spend across ad sets, or give each ad set its own budget. With budget sharing on, Meta can move up to 20% between ad sets based on performance. You will find it under Budget when you create or edit a Meta campaign. | |

| | ☎️ Both days of the AI receptionist workshop are up. HighLevel posted the replays of its two-day workshop on building, pricing and launching a Voice AI receptionist service with Jason Wardrop and Paulson Thomas. The pitch is simple: missed calls cost clients money and most agencies have no offer to fix them. The sessions cover five Voice AI services you can sell, pricing models, onboarding clients and wiring Voice AI into your workflows. Day 2 is on the same channel. | |

| | 🤔 Is a website with on-page SEO enough to get traffic? A newer agency owner cold calling home renovation businesses asks whether a website alone ever brings in work. A friend in the trade told them jobs come from referrals, not websites, and now they worry a new site will be buried by competitors with ads and years of reviews. They want to hear from people who have sold this offer before they pitch it again. | |
