| | Hello there. Friday is a big one for AI Studio: apps built there can now take payments, and every published site tracks its own visits and opt-ins. HighLevel also rewrote its A2P rejection guidance so it matches how you registered, and the mobile app lets you call leads from a number you already own. In today’s newsletter, we’ll get into: - AI Studio apps can now sell your catalog products through a hosted checkout with coupons, subscriptions and one-click upsells, using the payment setup you already have.
- Published AI Studio sites now show page views, opt-ins and form submissions inside the project, and new contacts keep the pages they viewed before signing up.
- A2P rejection guidance now differs for Chat Widget and manual campaigns, and it tells you when a rejection is the platform's issue rather than yours.

| | 💳 AI Studio apps can now take payments. HighLevel says you can sell products and accept payments in AI Studio apps. Turn Payments on, pick which catalog products the app may sell, then ask the agent to add payments and it builds a storefront and hosted checkout. It runs on your existing HighLevel payments, with coupons, PayPal, subscriptions and one-click upsells. For now it only works on TanStack Start apps; older React projects need the Migrate to SSR step first. 📈 Every AI Studio site now tracks its own results. Published AI Studio sites now come with built-in analytics and a form submissions view, with no tracking code to add. Inside the project you see page views, unique visitors, opt-ins and opt-in rate, plus top pages, traffic sources and devices. Sites Analytics puts AI Studio sites next to your funnels and websites, and new contacts keep the pages they viewed. Older forms keep counting, but ask AI Studio to reconnect form tracking and republish to see each visitor's full path. 🛠️ A2P rejections now come with fixes that fit your setup. HighLevel rewrote the guidance in the View required fixes window for rejected A2P campaigns. Chat Widget (Quick Setup) and Manual Setup campaigns now get separate steps, since the fix lives in a different place for each. It also flags rejections caused by platform-generated text, like the widget's consent wording, and points you to support, includes required carrier wording, and warns when resubmitting will not help until something else changes. | |

| | 📱 Call leads from the mobile app with the number you already use. HighLevel says you can now call leads from the mobile app with your existing number instead of buying a new one. Open the Call Dialer, tap Select call from and choose the number marked with the Verified badge, and that number shows up as the caller ID. It works in the HighLevel, LeadConnector and white-label apps, which helps clients whose leads already know their number. 🎨 A masterclass on turning web design into recurring revenue. HighLevel posted a roughly 70-minute masterclass on web design to recurring revenue with HighLevel, hosted by Paulson Thomas with guest Paige Battcher. The session focuses on web design work and how to build it into ongoing monthly income rather than one-off projects. If you sell websites to local clients, it is a long listen for the weekend. 🏦 Convesio on payment processing for growing merchants. In a LevelUp exhibitor spotlight, Convesio's Jonathan Wold talks about ecommerce payment processing for growing merchants. Topics include handling high-risk payments, judging interchange pricing, how agencies can build stronger client relationships through payment partnerships, and why Convesio built a native integration between HighLevel and ConvesioPay. Convesio will also be exhibiting at LevelUp in Dallas. | |

| | 🧭 A community tool turns plain-English requests into build guides. A Reddit member shared Snapshot Engine, a tool that writes HighLevel build guides from a plain description of what a business needs. The output lists pipelines and stages, workflow triggers and actions, custom fields, tags, forms, calendars and templates, plus a connection map and testing checklists. You still build and test inside HighLevel. The maker says it is in beta and is looking for a few testers. | |

| | 📊 How do you set up Meta CAPI in HighLevel? One user asks for help setting up Meta's Conversions API in HighLevel. Their current stack runs through Meta, Stape, HighLevel and Google Tag Manager, which they call quite complicated, and they also want to know how to pass a variable purchase value. If you have a simpler server-side setup that reports real order values, this thread could use your answer. 🤔 What works beyond cold calls and snapshots? Another member says they have tried the usual playbook, snapshots and funnels, a VA cold calling businesses and pitches personalized with Apollo, and asks what is actually working for agencies beyond classic outreach. They mention in-person pitching, events and different ads as examples. It is an open invitation to share what has moved the needle for your own client acquisition. | |

| | 📅 Three events this weekend. HighLevel's events page lists three stops through Sunday: Synergy Unlimited in Guadalajara from Oct 9 to 11, HumanAF: The Experience, a health and wealth conference, on Oct 10, and Jordan Cheyenne's Rewire Your Mind Rich on Oct 10 and 11. LevelUp 2026 follows in Dallas from Oct 26 to 29. 🎤 A new LevelUp session on selling with Ask AI. HighLevel added a LevelUp 2026 session on Ask AI about using it to prospect smarter, sell managed agents and turn that into recurring revenue. The company says the session is taught by the HighLevel team that builds the tool. | |
