| | Hello there. Funnel AI leaves Labs for every location, Workflows finally talk to Jotform without Zapier, Managed Agents start answering Facebook comments, and agencies are stuck on Messenger leads who open the chat and ghost. Sunday reading for builders who still care about Monday. In today’s newsletter, we’ll get into: - Funnel AI is generally available, Jotform triggers and actions land in Workflows, and Managed Agents can reply to Facebook Page comments.
- Ask AI on mobile gets a Saved Memories screen, Instagram feeds drop onto funnel pages, and phone-number changes now fire security alerts with one-click rollback.
- Agencies debate how to nurture Meta Messenger clicks that never reply, plus tax zones, per-appointment pricing, and two events on deck this week.

| | 🪄 Funnel AI is live for every location. No more Labs toggle, whitelist, or rebilling screen. Funnel AI is generally available, so you describe the landing page you want and get a publish-ready funnel instead of dragging blank sections around. Agency admins still control it per sub-account under Features and Limits, with per-user permissions defaulting on for agency users and off for new sub-account users. Flip the keys for the teams that should have them. 📝 Workflows talk to Jotform without Zapier. Jotform finally sits inside HighLevel workflows. A New Submission trigger fires instantly over webhooks, a New Signed Document trigger polls about every five minutes, and a Create Submission action writes mapped fields back into any connected form. Connect under Settings, Integrations, Jotform, or from the workflow action itself - lead form to CRM tag to Slack, or signed agreement to onboarding, without another middleware bill. 💬 Managed Agents reply to Facebook Page comments. Your published managed agent can now watch a connected Facebook Page and post public replies in the comment thread, including replies-to-replies when the conversation keeps going. Add a Facebook comment trigger, pick the Page, optionally limit to specific posts or keyword matches, and choose first-level-only if nested chatter should stay human. Handy for FAQ noise on ads creative - just keep an eye on tone before you let it answer everything unsupervised. 🧠 Ask AI on mobile finally shows its memory. Mobile Ask AI used to remember details with no way to see or fix them. A new Saved Memories screen lets you search, delete, or wipe what Ask AI stored, and a two-step importer pulls what ChatGPT or Claude already knows about your agency via a copy-paste export prompt. Memories stay scoped per sub-account, so Client A's niche does not bleed into Client B. Needs app 4.25.0 or higher on HighLevel, LeadConnector, and whitelabel builds. 📸 Drop a live Instagram feed on any page. The page builder picked up a Social Widgets category with an Instagram Feed element that pulls from an account already connected in Social Planner - no third-party embed tax. Five templates, grid or slider, built-in lightbox with video, and per-device columns so mobile does not look like a postage stamp. If your funnels still link out to Instagram because embeds were annoying, this is the native fix. | |

| | 📨 Messenger opens, lead ghosts - how do you nurture? A Meta Ads shop wants Send Message CTAs into Facebook Messenger, then a 15-minute follow-up PDF when the lead opens the chat and never replies. They note GHL's Customer Replied trigger needs a real reply or quick-reply tap, so a silent open does nothing. Early answers push an AI agent on opt-in and a CloseBot-style handoff to SMS once you have a phone. If you have a clean inactivity workflow inside Meta's messaging window, the thread wants the recipe. 🧾 Manual tax zones by country and state. Manual Taxes can now group rates into geographic Tax Zones so the same catalog charges differently by country or state without a tangle of one-off rules. Name a zone, attach up to ten user-defined rates, and remember each country or state can only sit in one Manual Tax Zone at a time to stop overlaps. Worth a quiet Sunday pass if you sell across borders and still fix tax lines by hand after every checkout. 💵 Edit service price on one appointment only. Negotiated or one-off service pricing no longer means rewriting the global service catalog. When you create, edit, or duplicate a Services appointment, you can change that appointment's price in the modal and watch the total update immediately. The catalog price stays put, so VIP discounts and walk-in exceptions stay local to the booking instead of poisoning every future slot. | |

| | 🔐 Phone-number changes now fire security alerts. A user's phone number owns login OTPs and two-factor codes, so silent edits were a real risk. Whenever a number is added or changed, email, in-app, and SMS alerts fire, including a text to the previous number, with who changed it and when in the user's timezone. A single-use reverse link lasts seven days and needs no login. Alerts are white-label safe with your agency branding, and every reversal is audited. 🌍 Calendar notifications follow Platform Language. Default Email, SMS, and WhatsApp templates for Calendars, Services, and Rentals now localize from the Business Profile Platform Language instead of English-only. New calendars and locations pick it up automatically; existing custom templates stay exactly as you wrote them until you reset to default. One language source across recipient types beats hand-translating every reminder for a multi-country book. 🏷️ Role tags on staff booking profiles. When customers pick from a flat list of stylists or consultants, they cannot tell junior from lead. You can now attach a short role badge to each staff profile - Lead Therapist, Senior Consultant, and so on - and it shows where the booker chooses who to see. Badges are reusable across the team, one tag per person, so the booking UI finally matches how you sell expertise. 🔔 One-tap diagnosis for missing mobile alerts. When push alerts stop, staff used to guess between Wi-Fi, permissions, silent mode, or a HighLevel issue. Settings now has a one-tap notification check-up that tests network, permission, sound, and real delivery, then flags what needs attention and can resend a test ping. Pair it with the weekend release notes before you open another support ticket about silent phones. | |
