A summary of every HighLevel change we covered between 21 and 27 September 2026, grouped so you can see the shape of the week rather than seven separate days.

AI got most of the attention

Funnel AI reached general availability on the 27th, which is the headline: it is out of testing and into everyone's account. Ask AI Voice arrived on mobile on the 26th and Ask AI Memory followed on the 27th. Conversation AI picked up live API calls and GPT-6 on the 25th, and AI Agent went multi-model earlier in the week, with GPT-6 Sol and Luna added on the 24th. AI Studio went live for every location on the 23rd and 24th.

Things that touch your money and your clients

SMS pricing shifts on 13 October, announced on the 22nd, which is the one item on this list with a deadline attached. Managed Agents opened a public API on the 26th and began replying to Facebook comments on the 27th. Voice AI started blocking spam calls on the 25th.

Smaller changes worth knowing

Jotform landed in Workflows on the 22nd. Calendar AI began explaining blocked slots on the 23rd and 26th, and mobile reschedule links arrived. Communities gained content moderation on the 24th, and dashboard widgets got permanent filters on the 25th.

What agencies were arguing about

Snapshot version control, workflow handovers, catching workflows that fail silently, silent Messenger leads, and whether to keep AI in client offers at all.
